Daniel T. Morse, CIC
President/PartnerDaniel T. Morse, CIC
President/Partner |Dan joined his father’s newly established insurance agency in 1992 after just graduating from college. He wasn’t sure that insurance would grab his attention like rugby and lacrosse did in college, but thanks to some coaching from his father, he quickly got hooked. First lessons learned from Dad? Be upfront and establish trust with your clients, and always, always be on top of your game. This made a lot of sense to Dan, and he took it to mean that he should not be a “yes” man to his clients. “I’m not always going to agree with my clients for the sake of agreeing; there’s no value in that for them. However, I am 100% committed to finding the best solutions for my clients and providing them with peace of mind.”
Day and night, Dan commits himself to getting the job done for his personal and business clients, no matter what it takes. “I love working. I feel very lucky to have fallen into, and been able to grow, in a career that I enjoy so much. And the greatest reward for my hard work and dedication is receiving a client referral. Nothing says ‘thank you’ like that.”
Raised right here in Easton MA, Dan is now firmly rooted in the community along with his wife, Amy (“she is a saint”) and their three sons, Jack, Griffin and Chad. When Dan’s not working, which he admits is not often, his family and friends take priority, followed closely behind by golf.
In addition, Dan uses his free time to give back to the community. He’s currently the President of For Our Residents of Easton (FORE), a Trustee at North Easton Savings Bank, and he’s been the go-to-guy for many of Easton’s local sports team when they’ve needed help. Dan previously served on the Board of the Easton Chamber of Commerce, which honored him with their Businessman of the Year Award, as well as on the Board of the Easton YMCA Branch. “It’s important to me that not only I make a difference, but that Morse Insurance invests in the community as well.” And, under the leadership of Dan and the Morse family, that’s exactly what the insurance company has been doing by supporting charitable organizations like School on Wheels and the Easton Food Pantry, reinvesting in the neighborhoods, and volunteering their time.
Dan also proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agencies (MAIA), the trade association for over 1,400 Massachusetts Independent Agencies and their estimated 15,000 employees. Among his many accreditations, he is a Certified Insurance Councilor (CIC).
Timothy J. Morse, CIC, CISR
Vice President/PartnerTimothy J. Morse, CIC, CISR
Vice President/Partner |Like his brother Dan, Tim also decided to join the family business after graduating from Providence College in 1996. He quickly became the Morse Agency’s operations expert. “I really enjoy working with technology and finding ways to make our workflow easier. I feel a great sense of accomplishment when I find the most efficient way to do something, which in turn, helps the whole Morse Insurance team provide even better service to our clients.”
But Tim is not just the technology guru at the company; he is also a first-rate problem-solver and able to swiftly identify critical coverage exposures for his clients. “It’s important for an individual to understand their insurance coverage. A lot of times when I’m speaking with a new client, it’s apparent no one has explained the ins-and-outs of their policies.”
Tim finds that many people who come seeking advice from the Morse team have had the same coverage since getting their license, which can have a huge impact on them should there ever be a claim. Tim is very adept at recognizing these risks and revising clients’ policies to be appropriate for their current life and work. “I have actually saved clients money while providing them with increased coverage for their needs!” It becomes apparent very quickly to Morse clients who work with Tim that he is an extremely hardworking, knowledgeable, and caring member of their team.
Outside of work, Tim embraces all that his hometown of Easton MA offers, including golfing, boating, bike riding, and trying any new restaurant that opens up along the shoreline.
Brian M. Morse
Vice President/PartnerBrian M. Morse
Vice President/Partner |As soon as he got his driver’s license, Brian eagerly began helping his father with the insurance business by doing motor vehicle registry runs. Over the course of the next 18 years, Brian became more and more involved with the day-to-day aspects of running the business. Today, Brian specializes in supporting clients with their personal insurance needs. He has a true knack for putting clients at ease and making stressful situations seem less overwhelming. “I always put my clients’ interests first and foremost, whether it’s finding ways to save them money, helping them understand their insurance coverage, or simply listening to them.”
Brian expects nothing less than hard work and total dedication from his personal lines team as well. “Our goal is to get every client the optimal coverage at the best price possible and we can only do that if we take the time to understand each clients’ individual needs.”
On the weekends, you’ll either find Brian on the golf course or spending time with his wife and kids. They live in the neighboring town of Raynham MA.

Steve Gallagher
Account Executive | ProducerAfter serving three years in the Marine Corp, Steve accepted a position with a local insurance company in 1980. Over the course of the next 15 years of his career, Steve worked for three different national insurance companies in various regional management roles in the Operations, Financial and Underwriting areas. For the past 20 years, he has been part of the independent agent system in Massachusetts, primarily in management and sales roles.
With almost four decades of insurance experience under his belt, clients can count on Steve to have the answers and solutions to even the most complex coverage questions or issues. “Clients have commented on my responsiveness and my ability to get things done quickly and thoroughly. I believe they truly appreciate my in-depth knowledge and dependability. But most of all they know they can trust me.”
Steve enjoys working with clients on a consultative basis, and is particularly adept at identifying and closing coverage gaps. His area of expertise is in construction and he is a certified Construction Risk Insurance Specialist. “My clients’ best interests are always my top priority. This means finding them the best coverage at a competitive price, not a dangerously cheap price.”
Steve grew up in Boston and, of course, is a huge New England Patriots fan. He and his wife relocated to Stoughton when they got married and have raised their three daughters there. Steve was the recipient of the Good Conduct Medal after an honorable discharge from the Marine Corp and he has also served as the Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus.

Michael Lacey
Account Executive | ProducerMany people say that playing golf is a great way to network, and Mike could not agree more. More than 20 years ago, the golf course was where Mike met Dan and the rest of the Morse family. They’ve been friends ever since, and colleagues for the past 10 years.
“I really enjoy working for Morse Insurance. It’s a great working environment with knowledgeable staff to assess any risk that comes forward.” Like his coworkers, Mike takes pride in helping clients understand their insurance coverage, responding in a timely manner to clients’ questions and concerns, and giving strategic advice to clients so they can make sound insurance decisions.
Mike grew up in Brockton, MA. Prior to joining Morse Insurance, he worked in sales for a variety of industries, including Shoes, Food, and Construction. Aside from golf, Mike loves to stay active, but he’ll take time out to sit and watch his beloved Boston teams, too. And, if you should happen to be newly engaged, conveniently Mike is also a Justice of the Peace!

Norm Robertson
Account Executive | ProducerInsurance is in Norm’s blood. His father worked for John Hancock for over 40 years, so it made good sense to Norm to join the insurance industry after graduating college. Now, 42 years later, Norm’s experience in insurance has surpassed even his father’s longstanding career.
As you would expect, this means that Norm brings a lot of knowledge to the Morse Insurance Agency and its clients. In particular, he has a deep understanding of the workings of the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles and is able to hand-hold auto insurance clients through the registry process, which for most of us is a daunting process. “I am always available for clients, whether they want to review their insurance coverages, update me on their specific needs, or better understand any policy requirements.”
Having served in almost every personal and commercial insurance role possible throughout his four decades in the industry, Norm is the quintessential professional. “I thoroughly enjoy what I do on a daily basis. It gives me a good feeling to meet and work with people knowing that I am helping them improve their personal and business security.”
Norm grew up in Brockton MA and has moved around the area whenever new business opportunities would arise. His wife Joann has been along for the ride and together they enjoy exploring Boston, Newport, Plymouth and many other of Massachusetts’ historic places. Norm has always felt it important to participate in the community, joining local organizations and volunteering for non-profits wherever he has lived. Among his current activities, he is a member of two Chambers of Commerce and a non-profit Bridgewater 49ers club and serves as President for both the Project Arts of Plymouth and his Bocce Club. Being fully committed to the things that he loves, including his work, is what fuels him every day.
